I am excited to announce a new 4-week online group therapy program designed for Idaho adults who are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or burnt out and ready for a change.
This group is called Anxiety Management, but it’s not just for those with a formal anxiety diagnosis. It’s for anyone who’s feeling like they’ve been stuck in survival mode for too long. If your nervous system feels frazzled, your thoughts feel scattered, or stress has started showing up in your body or relationships—this space was made for you.
In this safe and supportive group, we’ll explore:
Tools from Polyvagal Theory and nervous system science
Breath-based practices for emotional regulation
Group support and real-life strategies for stress resilience
You’ll learn how to shift from panic to presence, and walk away with more ease, clarity, and control over your emotional responses.
