Before Your First Session
After scheduling, you’ll receive a secure link to complete intake paperwork and review consent forms. This helps us begin with a clear understanding of your needs and goals.

It’s completely normal to have questions or feel nervous. A free consultation is available for new clients to ask questions, learn more about my approach, and see if we’re the right fit.
