Hi there, my name is Ashley.

As a therapist, my job is to help you understand what’s happening in your body and mind so you can feel grounded and connected in everyday life.

My approach integrates traditional talk therapy with somatic and nervous-system-based practices, helping you reconnect with yourself on every level — mental, emotional, physical, and energetic. Together, we explore patterns shaped by past experiences and learn new ways to regulate, rest, and heal.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, or chronic stress, our work is a collaborative process designed to help you build safety within your body and confidence in your capacity to move through life with greater ease.

As someone who has walked the path of stress, overwhelm, and the toll they take on the mind and body, I deeply understand the courage it takes to prioritize your well-being. As a counselor, I’ve seen how life’s challenges can leave us feeling stuck, yet also how small, intentional steps can lead to profound healing.

Reaching out for support isn’t a sign of weakness—it’s an act of self-compassion and resilience. It means you’re ready to create space for growth, balance, and the peace you deserve. Starting this journey can feel daunting, but it’s often the first and most powerful step toward a life of greater harmony.

A little more about me…

In addition to my counseling work, I am deeply involved in the yoga community, where I share practices that nurture the mind-body connection. As a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, I lead workshops, classes, and retreats that focus on grounding, balance, and nervous system support.

My approach invites participants to explore intentional movement, breathwork, and meditation as tools for self-discovery and resilience. These practices are accessible to everyone—whether you’re seeking calm in a busy life, deeper emotional connection, or simply a space to breathe and be. Through yoga, I help individuals create a sanctuary within themselves, supporting their journey toward harmony and well-being.

Who I work with…

I work with people navigating anxiety, panic attacks, mood disorders, intrusive thoughts, grief, and trauma from their past. Using mind-body counseling techniques, I help them calm their nervous systems naturally and find a better sense of balance—without turning to medication.

The people I work with are motivated to take charge of their well-being. I help them tap into their own inner wisdom and share tools to improve how they feel day to day. I’m often told that I’m friendly but straightforward. Most people who come to me are looking for a mix of approaches, like talk therapy, breathwork, aromatherapy, and practical mindset shifts.

How I work …

Whether it’s finding balance after a tough upbringing or breaking free from unhelpful patterns in relationships, my goal is to help you feel more grounded and in control. I use integrative techniques like breathwork, somatic practices, and talk therapy to calm your nervous system naturally. Together, we’ll tap into your inner wisdom and create lasting change so you can thrive.

Integrative Mental Health

Wellness therapy is a powerful way to create meaningful and lasting change. My approach is ethical, intentional, and grounded in research, blending talk therapy, meditation, therapeutic breathwork, and aromatherapy to help cultivate balance and self-awareness.

Using a holistic approach, I’ve seen that anxiety is manageable, and it’s possible to move beyond panic, stress, and burnout. I know reaching out can feel overwhelming, but when you’re ready, I’ll be here to support you. Let’s work together to help you find the peace you deserve.
