A calm, structured space to understand your patterns, work with your nervous system, and create lasting change

Capable on the outside. Stretched thin underneath.

This practice works with entrepreneurs, professionals, and high achievers who are functioning well on the outside but struggling internally.

You show up and handle what needs to get done. From the outside, your life works.
Underneath that, something stays tense.

Your mind keeps moving even when things are fine. Rest doesn’t fully restore you. It can feel like you’re always slightly “on,” even when you want to be off. You might notice your thoughts staying active long after things are over, or your body not fully relaxing even in quiet moments. Small things can take more effort than they should. You may feel tired, but not settled.

It’s often a nervous system that hasn’t had the space to fully relax.

Therapy here is not just about understanding what’s happening.

It’s about creating enough steadiness for your system to actually change.

We slow things down so your body has time to process what talking alone hasn’t shifted. Instead of pushing through or analyzing everything, we work at a pace your system can respond to.

Over time, this creates more space, less pressure, and a more settled way of moving through your life.

This work may be a good fit if you are high-functioning but internally stretched, have tried to think your way through things yet something still feels unresolved, and are looking for depth rather than ways to manage symptoms. This work is steady, intentional, and supports lasting change.

Ways we can work together

Therapy is offered in a few different ways depending on your needs. We’ll decide together what pace and structure make the most sense for you.

Individual therapy (in-person or virtual)

Brainspotting: A targeted, body-based method that helps process trauma and stuck experiences without requiring you to talk through everything in detail.

Somatic-informed sessions: Work that incorporates your body's responses alongside conversation, helping your nervous system shift at a level talk therapy alone doesn't reach.

Extended sessions and intensives

Start with a consultation

We’ll talk through what’s been going on and see if this feels like the right fit. If it does, we’ll go over next steps. If not, you’ll still leave with more clarity.

Email is the first step. You can share a few sentences about what’s been going on or simply ask to schedule a consultation.

You don’t need to have the right words.

I’ll respond with next steps and availability within 1–2 business days.

What begins to change

Over time, things that once felt overwhelming begin to feel more manageable.

You may notice less internal pressure, more clarity, and a greater ability to move through stress without shutting down or pushing through.

Change happens gradually, through consistency and pacing.

The goal is not to eliminate stress, but to relate to it differently.
