Understanding why isn't the same as feeling different.
Therapy here is paced, collaborative, and grounded in how your nervous system actually responds, not just what you can explain about it. Over time, the work shifts from managing symptoms to building real steadiness, connection, and trust in your own signals.
This approach may be a good fit if…
You feel overwhelmed but are still holding everything together on the outside. You’ve already tried talking things through, but something in your system still feels stuck or unresolved. You’re looking for a slower, more grounded pace where you don’t feel rushed or pushed. You’re open to understanding your nervous system and patterns, not just managing symptoms. You want a space that feels steady, collaborative, and attuned to where you are.
What Makes My Approach Different
Most people who reach this page have already done the thinking. You can explain your patterns. You might even be able to predict your own reactions before they happen. None of that has fully changed how it feels to live in your body day to day.
This work goes underneath the explanation. Talk therapy, somatic awareness, and Brainspotting, used depending on what a given session calls for, reach what insight alone tends to circle without resolving. You stay in control of pace and depth throughout. The goal isn't more understanding. You probably have enough of that already. It's a nervous system that can finally catch up to what your mind has known for a while.
The goal is not to force change, but to create the conditions where change becomes possible, sustainable,
and integrated into daily life. That change grows through safety, pacing, and capacity.
