Extended Sessions
Extended sessions provide additional time for regulation, processing, and integration when a standard session does not allow enough space.
Extended sessions create more space for slowing down, resourcing, and integration. They are especially supportive when your system needs steadiness, containment, and time to process without pressure.
Longer, Supported Time
Extended sessions are 90 minutes and allow your nervous system more time to settle, process, and integrate without feeling rushed.
When They’re a Good Fit
These sessions are often chosen during periods of heightened stress, trauma processing, nervous system dysregulation, or when deeper support and stabilization are needed.
How They’re Offered
Extended sessions are part of ongoing therapy and are scheduled intentionally based on clinical fit, readiness, and what will best support your nervous system.
Extended sessions provide added time and support without the structure or intensity of full intensives.
The focus is on steadiness, pacing, and integration.
