Why Group Therapy Works — and How Our New Anxiety Management Group Can Help

Anxiety can be isolating. Even when surrounded by others, it’s easy to feel like no one truly understands the inner tension, overthinking, or nervous system overwhelm that anxiety brings. But here’s the truth: you are not alone—and healing doesn’t have to happen alone either.

Group therapy offers a unique and powerful form of support. It brings people together who are navigating similar challenges, creating a safe space to feel seen, heard, and supported. Sharing your story (or simply listening to others) can be deeply validating and empowering. You’ll walk away with new tools, new perspectives, and a stronger sense of connection.

That’s why I created the Anxiety Management Group—a 4-week online therapy group for adults in Idaho who are ready to feel more grounded, supported, and in control of their anxiety.

What You Can Expect

Each 90-minute session includes:

  • A gentle, therapist-guided check-in

  • Psychoeducation based on Polyvagal Theory and nervous system science

  • Breathwork and somatic tools to regulate anxiety naturally

  • Group reflection and shared support

  • Practical take-home strategies to carry into your week

This group is ideal for you if you:

  • Struggle with anxious thoughts, panic, or chronic worry

  • Feel overwhelmed by stress and unsure how to calm down

  • Crave community and connection but don’t want to “overshare”

  • Are looking for affordable, trauma-informed care

  • Are ready to explore mind-body practices in a supportive setting

You don’t have to manage anxiety on your own. Let’s do this together.
Spots are limited, and the next round begins this September.
